About Me

My name is Tamer Abdelaal, a businessman and investment consultant with extensive experience in facilitating large-scale international projects. Over the years, I have worked closely with global companies, helping them navigate complex business landscapes, secure government approvals, and achieve successful expansions in Egypt. My expertise lies in investment facilitation, government relations, and strategic business development, ensuring that companies can operate efficiently and achieve long-term success.

One of my most notable achievements was my key role in Jushi Group’s expansion in Egypt. As their representative and agent, I played an instrumental part in securing essential resources, negotiating with the Egyptian government, and resolving significant bureaucratic and logistical challenges. Through my efforts, Jushi was able to establish and expand its operations smoothly, benefiting both the company and Egypt’s investment landscape.

A critical turning point in this journey was my successful facilitation of high-level discussions between Jushi Group and the Egyptian government, including a key meeting with former Prime Minister Dr. Kamal El-Ganzouri in the presence of the Chinese Ambassador to Cairo, Song Aiguo. These discussions led to securing vital energy supplies for Jushi’s plant, the removal of bureaucratic obstacles, and further government support for Chinese investments in Egypt. Without these efforts, Jushi’s expansion would have faced severe setbacks.

However, despite my dedicated efforts and contributions, Jushi Group has failed to honor its contractual and financial commitments. After benefiting from my work, the company has refused to fulfill its obligations, leading to a serious legal dispute. I have taken all possible diplomatic steps to resolve this matter amicably, but Jushi’s continued negligence and refusal to settle its debts have forced me to escalate the issue legally—not just in Egypt but also through Chinese authorities and international business forums.

This blog serves as a platform to document my case and raise awareness about corporate accountability. It is not just about my personal dispute—it is about setting a precedent that companies must honor their agreements and respect the professionals who contribute to their success.

My goal is to ensure justice is served and prevent similar incidents from happening to others. I strongly believe in ethical business practices, fairness, and transparency. Through legal action and public awareness, I will continue to pursue what is right, holding Jushi Group accountable for its actions.
